Terms of Service
1. 100% Upfront Payment!
1.1. In case we wasted our time, energy, and resources on the project.
1.2. If the customer decides not to continue with the project but we already started on it.
1.3. Safety net so we don't make a full project without being paid.
2. Payment via Gamepass or PayPal!
2.1. We only accept Robux payment via Gamepass so the customer doesn't change his mind in the 2-week waiting period.
2.2. USD payments are done via PayPal using the Developer Exchange rates. (1 Robux is 0.0035 Dollars.)
3. No rushing!
3.1. Creating the perfect project takes time.
3.2. Project delivery can be delayed due to unexpected game changes or issues.
3.3. Project delivery can be delayed if one of the team members has a family emergency.
4. Have prepared details!
4.1. Be specific while ordering the project. We won't drag the information out of you.
4.2. We have the right to cancel your project if you change the idea of the game once we already started.
5. Mutual respect!
5.1. Treat us how you want to be treated!
5.2. We have the right to cancel the order if the customer is being rude.
5.3. We will refund the order if we haven't started.
5.4. We won't refund the order if we already started on the project.
6. No refunds!
6.1. If we started on the project we won't provide you with a refund.
6.2. If we haven't started on the project we will give you a refund.
7. Changes!
7.1. Don't change the details of the project once you paid the 100% upfront payment.
7.2. If you want changes after 7.1. a section has been fulfilled we will charge more for it!
8. Revisions!
8.1. All issues with the game will be fixed at any moment and time.
8.2. 3 small revisions will be free of charge.
8.3. 1 big revision will be free of charge.
8.4. If the 8.2. section has been fulfilled we will charge more for revisions.
8.5. If the 8.3. section has been fulfilled we will charge more for revisions.
9. Updates!
9.1. All updates will be charged for no updates will be done for free.
9.2. We can add any updates to your project as long as the hierarchy of the game stays the same!
